mPacts welcomes Jon Carmody
Effective April 1, 2009, Jon Carmody has joined the mPacts
reseller program to provide all mPacts services to North and
South Carolina. As a veteran of many years selling and
implementing practice management and clinical solutions to
health care enterprises and physician groups, Jon is well suited
for his role at mPACTS. He brings a keen business sense to
working with many healthcare financial, clinical and revenue
cycle products and services. He has been involved with various
aspects of the information arena for over 20 years. From
Cycare's (now McKesson) practice management system sales and
implementation to Glaxo's (now Allscripts) electronic medical
records product management and business development. Most
recently he was with MedAptus, a handheld and ASP services
company here in RTP. Jon graduated from the New York Institute
of Technology with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
and holds patents for products in the airline industry.
