James graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems.  He has more than 12 years experience in IT that includes working on the helpdesk, PC repair, programming, project management, networking and servers, and many applications.  James has worked with EMR applications like Medinformatix, Allscripts, NextGen, and VersaSuite.  He also has experience with PACS systems like Sectra, Philips, and Cardiostream.  James is a committed, competent professional, with a commitment to excellence and the customer.
