James (Mitch) Mitchell has been with mPacts since it's inception in 2005. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, and has extensive experience in building and configuring servers, and supporting various medical practice systems. He also maintains the mPacts hosting facility in Stockbridge, GA.

Mitch lives in Snellville with his wife and son.
