Annette Enderle graduated with a BS degree in IT Management and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). She is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and a Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA). She also hold other various IT certifications. Her specialty is computer training, where she has 6 years of teaching networking and computer forensics in a Technical and College environment.

Annette lives North of Atlanta with her husband and 2 children.
